Company Overview

Consolidated is a medium sized, privately owned office cleaning and property maintenance company. The founder of the company, Mr Ronald Stevens, began trading with a team of just three cleaning operatives. This is in stark contrast to the staffing levels we currently hold which now stands at over 300.

The Company is now run by Mr Stevens' two sons, Michael and Darren, and daughter Kellie Stevens, who are determined for it to remain a family-run concern with the Directors overseeing every aspect of the business. All three Directors work hard to offer tailor-made services for each client. They collaborate with clients and staff at all times to ensure a high quality, cost effective service, providing maximum levels of service.

Our Directors have over 20 years experience in the cleaning industry. During that time, they have gained a wealth of experience in specialised techniques and materials, together with gaining an insight into how to run a successful team of employees and therefore a successful business.
