Our Staff
Consolidated believe that employees are at the heart of any business and that a well run staff structure containing, happy, highly motivated individuals, in turn provides you, the client, with the best possible service.Our staff and operative teams are an integral part of our business.
On commencement of employment, each member of staff will attend an induction with the Area Manager where they will review their Contract of Employment and discuss any questions that may arise.
Staff Vetting
Our cleaning staff are rigorously screened when first employed and this continues throughout their employment. We work closely with an Employee Screening Company who run reference and CV checks and also previous employment checks.
We only employ staff with excellent references so that we can be confident in their work ability.
Structure
Site Managers and Supervisors are a key to our operation and are allocated to each new contract. Their job is to oversee and become a main point of contact for the client and deal with any staff or client issues that may arise.
The vast majority of our Supervisors have been with the Company for over five years and are completely familiar with Consolidated Property Services Quality Control and Safety policies.
As well as ensuring that their allocated cleaning team is run efficiently, they are also responsible to ensure that all staff are adequately trained for their work and made aware of any special hazards applying to the workplace involved.
